Shipping and Returns

  • Shipping times are typically 5–7 working days, but I always aim to dispatch parcels as quickly as possible.

  • My working days are Monday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, weekends, and bank holidays. This helps avoid any delays that can occur when parcels are left in transit over the weekend.

  • All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

  • All shipping options are available at checkout. I may update or adjust these depending on the season.

Returns

I offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. This means you have three days after receiving your plant to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in the same condition as when it arrived.

Please note:

  • I cannot offer refunds or replacements for plants returned due to missed deliveries, non-collection from courier pickup points, or lack of safe place instructions. These are perishable items, and delays can affect their condition.

  • Refunds will not be issued for plants that haven’t been properly cared for. If you’re unsure about a plant’s specific needs, feel free to reach out before placing your order — I’m always happy to help!
