Shipping times are typically 5–7 working days, but I always aim to dispatch parcels as quickly as possible.
My working days are Monday to Thursday, excluding Fridays, weekends, and bank holidays. This helps avoid any delays that can occur when parcels are left in transit over the weekend.
All orders are shipped via Royal Mail.
All shipping options are available at checkout. I may update or adjust these depending on the season.
Returns
I offer a 3-day return policy from the date of delivery. This means you have three days after receiving your plant to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, the plant must be in the same condition as when it arrived.
Please note:
I cannot offer refunds or replacements for plants returned due to missed deliveries, non-collection from courier pickup points, or lack of safe place instructions. These are perishable items, and delays can affect their condition.
Refunds will not be issued for plants that haven’t been properly cared for. If you’re unsure about a plant’s specific needs, feel free to reach out before placing your order — I’m always happy to help!
